The use of services provided by Followerzoid establishes agreement to these terms. By registering or using these services you agree that you have read and fully understood the following Terms of Service of this agreement.

1. Terms

Thanks for using our products and services (“Services”). The Services are provided by Followerzoid . By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws, and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Service

  • Followerzoid will only be used for promotional purposes for your account and your contents on Instagram, YouTube and Google.
  • Followerzoid does not guarantee that your new followers will interact with your future uploads, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for and interaction during the process. All future uploads will be ignored unless the Automatic Likes service is purchased or included in your purchase.
  • You will not upload anything into the Followerzoid including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram, Google or YouTube community.

3. Payment Processor

  • Payments are processed using a secure credit card checkout, with no sensitive financial information being saved to our servers. Secure method of accepting payments is processed using SSL encryption.
  • You agree that upon purchasing our services, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute or claim. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute or claim, we receive the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and likes, terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address. In case of reviews service for your business, we are eligible to post 1 star reviews if you initiate a fraudulent dispute after getting service. The quantity of these reviews would depends on your order or behavior towards our team.

4. Registration

You agree by ordering or accepting this agreement that you are at least 13 years of age.

5. Copyright

You will in no way copy any programming, text or images used on the Followerzoid website without the written consent of a Followerzoid representative.

6. Instagram, YouTube, TikTok

You will only use the Followerzoid website in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram, YouTube and Google on their Terms of Service page.

7. Liabilities

  • Followerzoid is in no way liable for any account suspension or content deletion done by TikTok
  • In no event shall Followerzoid , nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Followerzoid will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. We make no guarantees of any kind, expressed, or implied for the services we provide. Since Followerzoid uses the internet to deliver services, we cannot guarantee uptime or availability of our website.

9. Change Of Terms

This Terms of Service is subject to change at any time. Notices of change will be considered given and effective on the date posted on our website. The changes made will become effective the date they are posted on our website. No further notice by Followerzoid is required upon your continued use of our website or software.

10. Refund Policy

No Refund Conditions

We DO NOT honor requests for a refund for the following reasons:

  • is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods thus we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished even if the entered username/account name is incorrect. Unfortunately, Followerzoid is not able to revert the services sent.
  • We don’t offer refunds for payments that are made by others’ cards. Means un-authorised purchases from stolen cards.
  • We do not issue refunds once the order is sent even if the relevant account or content has been deleted by the platforms.
  • If the customer makes a purchase from Followerzoid and another service provider at the same time, in case of any problems, the customer is responsible and Followerzoid is not required to issue any refunds.
  • We will not honor requests for a refund when we have notified customers about possible delays before ordering (for example, an alert on the order page(s)).
  • Drop: If you face any drop regarding our services, we will compensate you for drops from one month of the purchase date. However, the customer must prove that the drop was due to the services provided by Followerzoid and if the customer has purchased a service from another service provider and this is detected, this option will not be available to you.

No Refund Conditions

We DO honor requests for a refund for the following reasons:

  • Partial: If the order is “partial”, Followerzoid may issue a refund of the corresponding partial amount of the items in the order. In such a case, Followerzoid decides on the partial amount by checking the data in Followerzoid’s own control panel.
  • Non-delivery of the service: In some cases, processing times might be slow, and your orders may take a little longer to complete. In this case, we recommend that you contact us for assistance. Requests for order non-delivery must be submitted in writing to our support department within three business days from the order date. Otherwise, the campaign will be considered complete, and your return request will be deemed invalid.
  • Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our support department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints that are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored. Our support team is always eager to assist you and deliver highly professional support in a timely manner. Thank you for purchasing from us.

11. Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the Services offered, we cannot cancel or reverse the Services rendered.
